Mats Mastervik

Mats A. Mastervik is founder and CEO of Planeo, the platform for zoning plans. He spent 25 years in urban and land-use planning across the public and private sector, at Bergen municipality, Asplan Viak and Sweco, where he led the planning department and was technical lead for the zoning plan for the Bergen light rail, the largest in Norway at the time, adopted on schedule. He co-founded the planning consultancy Vill Plan in 2018 and has worked full-time on Planeo since 2024, building the software he spent a career wishing existed.
